Welcome to this week’s blog. It’s been a frustrating couple of days for me this week, as we have been plagued by those annoying ‘Gremlins’ that choose to wreak havoc with our internet and phone systems at Brightstar HQ. I am by no means an IT expert, but I do know a bit, which is more than most of my colleagues and by default; this makes me the in-house IT ‘expert’. It highlighted to me that if we are vulnerable in any way (like many businesses), it is our reliance on the internet to function. It has become as much a necessity has the air that we breathe. Kit’s Blog-Cleaning Up

I am currently in the process of moving house and, as a result, have no internet connection at either my current or my new house! It feels like I’ve lost a limb! As a result, I am writing this week’s blog on my iPhone and will be relying on good old 3G to email it in to the good folks at B&C.
